以「全民皆可滑」為主要目的，男女老少透過 “ 中滑民國 ” 去認識與接觸滑板文化，進而消除非特定群體才能玩滑板的刻板印象，讓大眾更貼近滑板運動，了解滑板文化以及在臺灣面臨的現況，達到滑板文化推廣與發展，實現全民皆可滑的目的。

With the core mission of “Skateboarding for All,” Zhong Hua Skate Republic aims to introduce people of all ages and backgrounds to skateboarding culture. By breaking the stereotype that skateboarding is only for specific groups, we hope to make the sport more accessible to the general public. This initiative brings people closer to skateboarding, raises awareness about the culture and its current challenges in Taiwan, and ultimately promotes the growth and development of skateboarding—making the vision of "Skateboarding for All" a reality.
